RelaxInn Bed & Breakfast is an exclusive outer banks property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. A 50% deposit is taken upon reservation. The balance of your reservation is due 30 days before your arrival date. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 30 (thirty) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation less a $50 processing fee.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than thirty (30) days* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made less a $50 processing fee.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. *A 60 day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for holidays and special events. We highly recommend purchasing affordable travelers insurance.

Beach access is available before check-in as well as the use of our outdoor showers.

Absolutely No Smoking inside; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
No Pets.
Special situations allow for children, i.e. whole house rental. Please call to make arrangements or book the whole house.
